The message "I AM WORTHY" is for you to never forget. We suggest anytime you roll out your yoga mat for nice steamy Bikram session, recite I AM WORTHY out loud or even in your head. Repeat as many times as you see fit. You can even switch it up and add your name and speak to yourself, here's an example:
"Janessa DoeJohnson is WORTHY"
