At Ankh&Lotus, our goal is to ensure you feel completely confident with every purchase.
Refunds & Returns
Unworn items are eligible for a refund or store credit within 14 days of fulfillment date.
To qualify, items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and untampered.

Final Sale items and any items listed in the Sale section or marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or refund.

All returns must pass our quality inspection before a refund or credit is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please accept our sincerest apologies.
Contact us at hello@ankhandlotus.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can prioritize and resolve the issue immediately.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your return has been approved.
Store credits, when preferred, will be sent as an e-gift card to your email and remain valid for 1 calendar year from the original purchase date.
Refunds and credits include the cost of the returned style(s) only and exclude all taxes and original shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning an item.
You will receive email updates at every stage of the return process. Please allow up to 2 business days from the date your return is received for inspection and processing.
Rejected Returns
If your item does not meet the conditions above, you will be notified via email.
You will have 14 days from the notification date to cover the return shipping cost for your item(s) to be sent back to you. After that, the item(s) will be respectfully discarded.
Ankh&Lotus is not responsible for return shipping or handling fees. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the transit of returned items.
